It could have been a little warmer today. This has been the winter that blew the most. If it's gonna be cold, theres gotta be some snow.
Spring break was kinda boring, but really, evey day seems to be that way. Today was obviously boring, because I have time to update this thing. I did start it off and end it with some fun parties. Good Times. The good times are killing me. The 2nd one featured Corona Light with lime, a current bad choice for me, but ya gotta start somewhere.
while money is on my mind, i'll throw this in in case kurt is reading... WTF, is that guy having a baby himself? preposterous!
Why is it that on Family Feud, some idiot will give a bogus answer that they just pulled out of their ass while the rest of the family stand there trying to make sense of how somebody could give such an answer, and all they can do is pray to the feud god by clapping and saying 'good answer, good answer'? Fucking terrible answer!...... "Name something that dries up when it gets old" A: Bananas. Idiot! and the next family member says 'Water' because it evaporates. Bullshit!
Anyhow. Heres all you need to know about the NCAA Tournament.. Charlotte destroys NC State, Charlotte annihilates Connecticut, Charlotte obliterates Kansas, Charlotte slaughters Florida, Charlotte squashes Kentucky, and Charlotte exterminates Wake Forest to become the national champions. YEAH!!!

You buy a jar of Folger's Crystals, you put it in the cupboard, you forget about it.

This was the laziest weekend in a long time.
Friday was extremely fun. The most fun that I've had since Wednesday, because of the ESPN Classic 'turn back the clock' game.
sure I drank too much and hated it afterwards, but it was damn worth it.
Saturday's breakfast was astonishing. after not eating for 22 hrs, I was starving. me and mike went to Bo jangles'. If you make the claim that you will serve up some breakfast at any time of the day, wouldn't you think that you could serve biscuits and gravy, especially if there were no other customers to tend to. Yeah, I thought so as well, but anytime past 11am, and you're shit outta luck. the smoked sausage biscuit which had the smallest piece of smoked sausage, was very tasty. the onion flavored bo-rounds were very hot and good. I think what made it so great was eating breakfast slower than I ever have before. + when was the last time I ate out for breakfast with a friend? I am going to take a wild stab at it - it was freshman year of college, first semester, after Saturday morning marching band practice, at the Shoney's in Boone, which closed about two weeks later. ok, after typing that I have remembered another time slightly more recent, but I am not going to erase it.
I have now entered a mode of reminiscing and am no longer able to tell you anymore about Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks a bunch ~Milton

It was not until the day after the game when I remembered something (not true, i knew then and there).

Everybody got into their car, placing the peg, the game had started. I wasn't the first to spin, somebody else went ahead. It wasn't a good spin; it was like the spinner was not quite on correctly, but in face it was. Perhaps it just jittered too much, but it did give a good number, nice and high. My turn - I'll spin it good. A fine spin it was, very smooth, but not so good in the end. I ended up getting a one. Slowly moving along. More people spun bad spins that hardly moved at all and ended up with the high numbers. Back at me, I gave it a perfect spin and yet still a low number. Moving on, everybody was way ahead of me. I was far behind.
Out of all those spins, I didn't really feel like I got anything good out of it. I missed out on too much.
It bothers me a lot, and sometimes, it pisses me off.

happy new year. im just a little late with that.
my final semester has started and i'm not quite so sure how i feel about that. i have 4 classes but it's really only 3 because i already finished one over the break. i never have had a semester where i could sleep in, and i do mean sleep in late. thankfully, i have plenty of time this semester. plenty of time for sleeping, being bored, working out, running, playing games, reading books, cooking, eating, walking around, sex, basketball games, work, and so on. here how bored i was yesterday and some of today...i made a picture of myself.

last night when i was trying to get some sleep, i was thinking about what i was going to once i graduate. how was i gonna get a lot of money fast? the i thought about the job ideas i had, and i remembered that i do have a plan. i am going to make a new color. it is tentatively called vanelk. vanelk is going th be the new red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. now i cant tell you all the secrets, but i will tell you a few. vanelk will have a wavelength that is higher then violet, but still visible to the human eye. it will come from a 'sonic boom' of light. a light source will divide the 7 colors. the secret machine will bend the light into a 'sphere-arc' without touching the light at all. at the point there the 7 colors have come back together from the arc, a new light speed barrier will be created...a slower light speed. when another light source penetrates directly through this apex of new light speed, a 'light sonic boom' will occur. since a light can constantly penetrate this apex, an constant sonic boom of the new vanelk color will sit in the middle of the sphere-arc of the 7 colors.
i know what you're thinking...this is light, how is this going to help me when i am looking for a new vanelk nissan 350Z or the new vanelk A&F jacket. well i dont know that, thats why i am going to have some scientist work on that part. once i do all this and patent it worldwide, i think i will charge $.05 for every vanelk item (price will inflate with currency inflation). if you know me, i plan to have a vanelk reimbursement/doscount plan which will give you a 10% discount on all vanelk items up to a certain, very very very high, limit.

thats it for now.
Passe une belle soirée.

I am bored. i really didnt do anything productive today, and thats a good thing. i did get in a good 12hrs of sleep. im really tired of only having only one pair of jeans that i like. i went shopping on friday. i didnt find anything, and that is a disappointment.
if you know of some jeans that you think fit any of the following criteria
1)are nice and would fit me well
2)are nice and you want to buy them for me
3)you dont know what jeans are nice, but you will buy them for me when i find them
then you should inform me.
i find clothes shopping to be one of the more difficult things to do. i'm not ever sure if i like it, want it, or feel good about it after having it for a week. indecisive i am. and also, a lot of the time, i'd rather have what you are wearing.

oh, on friday i overheard one of my teachers talking to another student about how i didnt know how to spell 'aesthetically' correctly and that misspelled it twice before getting it correct. and the student said "what grade is he in". and the teacher said "uhh, he's a senior!" what shit heads.sorry i don't give a damn about your bullshit paper.

Today i learned that there are times in life when people have the ability to look away..or not look away and deny, make a bad decision, and instantaneously anger thousands of people. at the same time, it is best not to throw a box of Goobers in their general vicinity.

it is a time. although i don't ever want it to be. a time, and i will carry on..i will carry you. i was at your old house last night in my dream, it was the same as it used to be but you were not there. i didn't volunteer for this process - where the lake fills up so fast, it does not have time to evaporate off, and it overflows, making my skin wet. lacrimal. soon i will have a bowl of ice cream, in your bowl, neapolitan, before i go to bed. it will be a good morning. i will have chocolate cake with you some day, and a doughnut with your love.

an exceptionally good time

This past week has been good. I'll tell you about it.
Monday, nothing really happened, i did throw the football some late at night with some people.
Tuesday, I went to the uncc basketball game.
Wednesday, I went shopping for supplies with mike.
Thursday, My burger at the derby diner was delicious, Charlotte Bobcats 1st game with kurt, jessica, zach. I was fine with the face that the free shirts given out were XL, but when i found out that zach got a L, I was pissed. why didnt that bitch give me a L or a M. SHIT. who is supervising these idiots? Our seats were good, however the court side seats that rick flair and nelly had did look to be better seats.
Friday Saturday Sunday, Pisgah National Forest. i dont recall asking for it to be 31 at night, damn is that cold. i can still smell fire smoke from the fleece in my room. it was a most relaxing time. heres some pictures..

Here you see us all on a rock. although you may not be able to tell, it appears as if drew has just repelled from a chopper and just joined us. this can be noticed by the glasses, and the lack of shaving.

Here is indiana making an attempt to act as a leech to suck out the poison left by the angered snake whom bit mike.

Here is a birds eye view of the mountains from the rented hang glider (hang gilders not suggested in the park).

Finally, this is the traditional man-man-dog totem pole ritual, which was commonly performed by the pisgahians at festivals and 'smores-offs'

Treason at U-Nited Cock Crunchers

An unbelievably miserable event, the 123rd Jones Battalion mutinied on October 26, 2004. Captains Brian Harrison and Conor McCaffrey, former leaders of the group were shocked and appalled at the uncharacteristic behavior. The captains were in their respected offices, minding their own business, when they heard the small, mouse-like voices talking of rebellion. Upon exiting their offices, the two men found their former soldiers had invaded the Elm squadron at sector 202. With quick thinking and seasoned combat abilities, the two veterans all but annihilated the entire squadron. One soldier surrendered and was spared, the rest were put to a gruesome execution. The captains were both seriously injured, but escaped with their lives, of course. A Playstation 2 console was nearly destroyed in the battle. And a TV. Oh, and a sliding glass door. Anyway, that’s about all that happened. Captains Harrison and McCaffrey are recovering in their offices, and are excepting gifts at this time. (Don’t blow this one folks, they were injured fighting to protect.) End of article.

The Mutiny

The Battle

The Ass-Kicking

The Victory

The Surrender

The Execution

Can 15r: We're people just like every other person!
Hooray for today

I now have music and accessory power in the car again!!!!! After one month of it not working and me being lazy, I discovered the problem. It was a wire that had been spliced and apparently became grounded. (Please note before reading any more: I am not complaining at/to anybody) And you want to know who I blame for this...........UNCC PaRking ServiCes. Why???? Because one night after I came home from work, I decided that it would be best if I gave it up and parked in the back lot, after all, why would I suspect there would be adequate parking for the apartments in the front??. So for the first time ever, I gave in and headed to the back lot where I got reamed, REAMED, reamed, Totally Reamed by parking services. As I went up the hill to the back lot, I hit pothole which apparently spliced the wire possibly wedged between metal and all accessory power went out. I give in and they still had to ruin my day. Could this have happened someplace else????......Yes. What are the chances that it would have happened some place else?????.....unknown. Did it happen someplace esle????......NO!!!

Dream: (color)
Party at leroy's house. Me and some friends are sitting on the neighbor's lawn at night waiting for jessica to come back to the neighbors house (because she is house-sitting it) but she pulled into the other neighbor's driveway. Inside, Upstairs, people are playing pool. Michael Dean has cut his finger somehow. it's maybe a 1/4 inch long and not deep. We go downstairs and I tell mom goodbye and that I'm going to the hospital. she worries thinking something is wrong with me but i tell her its Michael Dean who has to go and cant drive. Mike states "I thought we we were gonna hang out here". I say "Well, you can come hang out at the hospital with me because Michael Dean has to go to the hospital......he cut his finger".

sure was a nice weekend

Here is what happened Friday: 1 class, take a phone back to the mall, yadda yadda yadda, 49er Fire and Basketball madness.
As for Saturday: Woke up and immediately got ready to go to the mall with Armstrong, walked around mall and various other stores, chilled at the Garzilliams, went kite looking with Armstrong and Mike, and back to the Garzilliams for a party although it seemed not much partying happened, but i had a great time.
Because you care about Saturday: Wake up and turn on the panthers game, feel not so good about the panthers game, help build a kite, go to the park, out to eat with friends, and back to Charlotte.

My past 2 weekends have been nice and relaxing. Too bad my weeks suck; but that will change this week because I'm gonna make sure its a productive and nice week.

Where is my college life? If you find it, please let me know.

Welcome Back, Welcome Back, Welcome Back, Welcome Baaack!
Thats right, I'm back to posting on the livejournal so that all you people out there can read pointless information about what's going on.

My weekend was great and nonproductive. Friday was the party, which was alot of fun.
Saturday was dinner and movie with my terror squad
Sunday wasnt a damn thing.
All through the weekend i attempted to write a paper but was distracted by everything, mainly the dogs.
I'll leave you all with a rendering of a photograph of the terror squad at crunked mills (concord mills) on saturday.

the previous weekend of Leroy Reginald Thomas Howell Harrison III

Sigh, I have nothing better to do than to update this journal on a sunday night. Friday didnt really have anything much going for it, i went home for dinner with the family and some relatives for my grandfather
s birthday. I also did the wash while i was there since there is only one opperational washer in my area of campus, thanks for caring. I then went into township grille to ask some young folks if they wanted to take over my thursday shift for all of eternity. i didnt find anybody but paul said he would take care of it. {Therefore, Thursday September 2 2004 is my last day at township. If you want to come and see me, i would enjoy that very much. it should be a fun day.} I then proceded to make my way back to the cruncher where i sat in boredom for the remainder of the night. Saturday i went to circuit city do get some dvdr and dvdrw's. I purchased the dvd+r and dvd+rw's. {not knowing the differance, i investigated the situation and could tell you the differance between dvd-r/dvd-rw [which is read as d.v.d.r. the same way you say c.d.r.(cd-r), the - is not a minus sign] and dvd+ , but i dont feel like writting it} I also got a shirt from ae that i hope wont shrink. in the twilight i had dinner with kurt and jessica at some chinese place and then we saw 'garden state' at the manor. it was a good movie. there were some very witty parts in it that i enjoyed. I came back to the u-nited and watched the remainder of the panthers game, then went for a run. on the run i got my first ever 'run forrest, run' yelled from a passing car window. wow, that was clever of him. sunday was a bullshit day. i didnt do a damn thing except for make a apple cobbler, which i didnt even get to eat with ice cream.

How is it that these tv shows pop up in the middle of nowhere and run for what seems to be one month and then its the season fanale. What the hell is going on here? Anyhow, that doesnt bug me all that much. But heres what does:
Bi-lo. Who thought up this "plus one and done" idea? Ok, OK, I'll admit, if you are sleepwalking through Bi-lo and you happen to a bag of salad with a plus-one-and-done tag advertising for chicken so you can make a chicken strip salad. maybe it cold be a good idea. however this isnt...

Hmmm. So I can cook french fries and put barbecue sauce on top and I have created barbecue fries????? Awesome !!!, but not, that sounds like a bowl of disgusting shit. Never have I had anybody at township get BBQ sauce to dip their fries in. Yes, ketchup is the most common and ranch is a popular second, but bbq sauce?? Nooooooooo. UUgh i dont think i am able to express in works how bullshit of a idea this plus one and done thing is. Bi-lo is stupid.

Will and Cathy's wedding was great. I saw lots of people i have not seen in such a long time. The reception was wonderful. the dinner on the cataba queen the night before was nice too. wow, i had 2 tasty tasty dinners. the 4th was a fun time too. first me and chad returned the tux's to the mall and then went to test drive cars. I am not at all impressed with the majority of car salesmen. If there was a new model car that was going to be arriving at your dealership in less than 3 months, dont you think you would at least know that it's coming??? Clueless assholes. and the pool party was great too.

sigh.ifonlyiwasemoenough

I have issues, yes, a problem.

Leaving the garzilliams house early sunday morning, I was driving down wilson grove road when i recalled i needed gas. sure was conveinant that the 76 was right there on the corner at lawyers. but i did not turn in. i am still on my 76 boycott which has been running well for 1 year now. i will not buy gas at any 76. so i decided that i would go th the shell station on 51 and wilgrove. I pulled in ever so nicely and parked the car beside the pump. alas, my car is ready for some gasoline, but wait, there is the attendant to turn on the pump???? he was mopping the floor. i waited. i flipped the on/off lever a couple times thinking that it would make a noise inside the sams mart there. no anything. after a few more flips of th lever, the nice middle wastern lad waived me to come on into the store....maybe to have a krispy kreme doughnut with him...perhaps to discuss polotics over some freshly brewed coffee...or maybe he wanted me to pre pay for gas. in any event, i decided i didnt wish to partake in any of the thought up scenarios, so i decided that that was not the station for me. I then drove down wilgrove road to albemarle where there is yet another shell station, but they were closing and the lady from inside the window motioned at me with a hand across her throat. i thought somebody was going to kill me if i got out of the car so i fled the scene. back onto wilson grove road where i passed the garzilliams neighborhood, i quickly came upon the 76 again. i pulled in, the car does need gas, and i suppose that if they do not require pre-pay, maybe i should give things a second chance. PRE-PAY PRE-PAY PRE-PAY. i thought about it for about 3 min. i could either give in to the evil gas station and the pre-pay policy or go home in hopes that i may find a kind gas station during day hours where there just could possibly be an american attendant, where i am not labeled as a criminal before i touch the gas pump. i left the 76 pissed; that i wasted 30 min looking for gas where i didnt have to prepay and didnt get one because fuck pre-pay.

on a kinder note, friday night was the greatest night in comedy, ever since that Sinbad show in the Caribbean. wait, no, it was the greatest night in ROCK in a long time. i had a blast. i would elaborate more but if you wernt there, there just no words for a description. actually, there is one. i will leave you with this one word.... http://superhicasrock.tripod.com/tennessee.avi

for the past while i have been doing not a thing at all. little work and alot of boredom. one good thing that has happened that was great was mike's 21st birthday party. that was a blast, really.
since i have nothing else to write about, i suppose i will tell you about a dream.
dream: in color - about 50 of us were i a 5k race that was divided up into ~ 3-one mile laps. i started off in 8th, and soon moved up to 4th. somewhere in the race i pulled out a cd player from somewhere and listened. it kinda slowed me down so i took it off and gave it to mom who was standing on the side of the race. the weird thing about the race was that it went into some buildings and up stairs, and then back to the streets. moving up to 3rd place in the 3rd mile of the 5k, i was running up stairs in a box shape, getting ready to enter the hallway i got stuck and could not get through the doorway. why?? some stupid girl decided to bring her groceries in and just happened to put them in the stiarway. she had about 12 cases of bottled water and 2 of the biggest boxes of fruit loops i have ever seen. lots of people passed me at this point. i wanted to stop the race bit i decided to go on anyhow. I didnt even care to know what my ending number was.

Boring Boring Boring. Since I dont have any exams to take I really have nothing to do. It really is boring. But i'd rather be bored than do school work. I could move home, but I don't really feel like packing up all my stuff. Well today I did finish the book which I have been reading over the past semester. Lullaby by Chuck Palahniuk, who wrote fight club. It left me unsure of the actual meaning of the book, although I have a few possible guesses. I do recomend it, it was interesting. The weird thing is that I actually read a book. The last book that I read was Farenheit 451, in 10th grade. Now that it's 1am, later today I think I may walk asound the garden and glen here to see how the flowers and shrubs and rhododendrons are doing. Then later I will get to get the hell out of here and see lots of friends. I was so busy this past week and weekend i didnt get to do anything fun. So yeah, I cant wait to go to Tremont (only to see my friends and bands, not because I want to go to another bullshit renovated warehouse where these fuckers light up every 5 min and make my clothes all smokey and my lungs get harmed with a practically translucent blackness.). Friday and saturday I am going up to app to becca's graduation. I get to go to some chancellor's dinner and some other fancy stuff. For now, I slip into a slumber in hopes that today I will get to see the smiles that are accomponied with the bergamot-rose-mandarin perfumes and the nutmeg-oakmoss-sandalwood colognes.
